The Local foods are offered and served in the BTLNP restaurant by the PO on an order basis. The Balinsasayaw Twin Lakes Farmers Association, Inc. (BTLFAI) is the one who manages/operates the restaurant. Please refer to Resolution no. 15 series of 2020 “Allowing the Balinsasayaw Twin Lakes Farmers Association Inc. (BTLFAI) to continuously operate the restaurant within BTLNP.”
Here is the list of some recipes:
- Native chicken recipes (Fried, adobo, tinola/ginataan/halang-halang manok with fern)
- Fern Recipes (fern salad, fern puto, and other fern recipes)
- Other recipes (as you wish to order in advance)
